1、大学生失业保障制度分析【摘　要】：从1999年国家高校扩张以来，大学生就业的形势就日趋严峻，现已成为社会关注的热点。大学生的就业问题在近些年来一直是国家和社会关注的焦点问题。第十届全国人民代表大会第四次会议上，国家委员吴江林就曾建议说：如果没有财政拨款进而帮助大学生间接购买失业保险和交纳基本的失业保障金，这样毕业以后就不能给就业的大学生到劳动就业的机构进行失业保障登记，不能享受大学生失业保险待遇。今年两会期间，全国的政协委员提出了将大学生纳入失业保险行列之中，建立完善的可行的大学生失业保险制度，保障毕业生毕业后
