1、城乡居民社会养老保险参保对象：年满16周岁（不含在校学生）、不符合职工基本养老保险参保条件的城乡非从业居民，可以在户籍地自愿参加城乡居民养老保险。缴费标准：参加城乡居民社会养老保险的农村、城镇居民应按规定缴纳养老保险费，缴费标准统一设为：每人每年100元、200元、300元、400元、500元、600元、700元、800元、900元、1000元10个档次，参保人员自主选择缴费档次。地方政府对参保人员缴费给予补贴，标准为每人每年30元；地方政府为重度残疾人每年代缴81元养老保险费。养老金待遇标准：养老金由基础养老金
