1、深圳新版居住证个人办理流程2015年6月1日起，《深圳经济特区居住证条例》正式实施，条例中加大办理居住证难度，须同时满足以下两个条件方可办理：1、有合法稳定居所，非深户籍人员自办理居住登记之日起至申领居住证之日止,连续居住满十二个月。2、有合法稳定职业，非深户籍人员自办理居住登记之日起至申领居住证之日止,在特区参加社会保险连续满十二个月或者申领居住证之日前二年内累计满十八个月的。现将个人办理居住证流程整理如下：一、深圳经济特区居住证服务平台：https://www.szjzz.gov.cn/index，（以下简称服务平台）两个模块为居
