1、喉咙痛不一定是感冒2fk0f5c7d 咽痛不一定是感冒 也可能患了亚急性甲状腺炎 喉咙痛，大伙想当然认为是感冒或者咽炎发作了。可是有的人却是用了不少感冒药、消炎药都无济于事。最后到医院一检查，才发现原来是甲状腺出了问题。 市三医院呼吸科门诊就遇到过这样一位患者：49岁的张女士体质较弱，咽喉疼痛持续了十多天，白天体温正常，夜里有些发烧。起初以为是感冒，就服用了感冒药，外加打了三天点滴。当时情况有了好转，可是好景不长，没过几天，张女士忽然发现脖子前面也开始疼痛，吞咽东西也变得困难起来，晚上更是无法入睡。 在市三医院呼吸科，张女士被确诊为亚急性甲状腺炎。梁斌副主任介绍，亚急性甲
2、状腺炎的发病多与病毒感染有关，发病有季节性，一般先有上呼吸道感染症状，随后甲状腺部位出现疼痛和压痛，常向颌下、耳后或颈部等处放射，咀嚼和吞咽时疼痛加重。自己用手触摸时可感到甲状腺表面不光滑、高低不平。 “这个毛病早期症状跟上呼吸道感染一样，因此很容易被误诊。所以有发热且颈咽部疼痛的患者要考虑亚急性甲状腺炎的可能性，必要时进行甲状腺相关检查。”梁斌说。（通讯员黄春燕记者陈玲）locatedintheTomb,DongShenJiabang,deferthenextdayfocusedontheassassination.Linping,Zhejiang,1ofwhichliquor
