1、国内外智慧城市信息系统模式研究分析摘要：智慧城市是继数字城市和智能城市后的城市信息化高级形态，是信息化、工业化和城镇化的深度融合。发展智慧城市对城市的经济转型、居民生活方式变革、环境保护和社会管理具有重要的战略意义。当前,城市信息化正在历经从数字城市向智慧城市的重要转变，这也带来了理念与技术发展的诸多机遇与挑战。文章建议，智慧城市建设应高度重视差异定位，注重区域特色激发智慧城市发展活力；秉承“应用为主”的原则，以市场需求引导项目建设；坚持技术支撑，以技术创新和战略性新兴产业发展为依托;推进智慧整合，破解“信息孤岛”问题。关键词：智慧

7、着全球化的到来,城市在发展过程中获得了经济、政治、科技、文化绝对的控制力。城市的各个方面的主要设施正在被定位，城市的物理设施都可以利用信息通信技术(ICT)进行智慧分析、感知、集合，使城市变得更加聪明。因此，IBM正式提出了“智慧城市”(Smartcity)的概念，IBM公司认为，“智慧城市”是有意识地、主动地驾驳城市化这一趋势，运用先进的信息和通信技术，将人、商业、运输、通信、水和能源等城市运行的各个核心系统整合起来，从而使整个城市作为一个宏大的“系统之系统”，以一种更智慧的方式运行，进而为城市中的人创造更美好的生活,促进城市的和
8、谐、可持续的成长。“智慧城市”也是将智慧地球付诸实践的具体方法。在2008年全球性金融危机的影响下，IBM[4]首先提出了智慧地球新理念并作为一个智能项目已被世界各国当作应对国际金融危机、振兴经济的重点领域。城市作为地球未来发展的重点
