3、nlythelender内容提要:近几年来,随着我国经济的飞速发展,劳动关系的逐渐复杂化,研究和谐劳动关系构筑的文章很多，但是对“和谐劳动关系”的正面说明和定义并不多。劳动关系是现代社会关系的重要组成部分，是生产关系的一种表现形式。随着经济和社会发展，劳动关系呈现出多元化、复杂化。和谐的劳动关系的构筑是构建和谐社会的重要基础，是关系经济发展和社会稳定的大事，应当引起我们高度重视。同样由于劳动关系是社会关系的一个重要组成部分．所以和谐劳动关系的构筑是建设和谐社会的基础。本文从和谐劳动关系的构筑的概念、其特征和和谐劳动关系构筑的意义入
