6、村村民。　　2011年1月19日下午6时许，一艘浙江籍“嘉禾168”轮货船行至长乐七星礁海域时，船体因风浪过猛沉入海中。船上的六名船员挤在一只小小的救生筏上，在狂风肆虐、波浪滔天的大海里苦苦挣扎着、呼救着。　　20日上午6时多，陈茂训像往常一样，到村子北面去放羊，当他爬到临海一座山的半山腰时，正想坐下来休息，隐约听见海面上有人在喊“救命”。他寻声望去竟发现有一个坐满人的救生筏被卡在了两个礁石之间动弹不得，筏上的人挥舞着红布条和手电筒求救。theprovisionsofelectricpowerconstructionen

8、又大。经过一夜海上的漂泊和挣扎，皮筏上六名船员已经冻得浑身发抖，有气无力了，连呼救声也时断时续了。卡在礁石上的救生筏在狂风巨浪中左右晃动着，筏上的船员也随着左右晃动，随时都有可能掉进海里。陈茂训凭着多年的海边生活经验判断，如果不能及时救援的话，那滔天的巨浪随时会把人和救生筏击沉。他看到救生筏离自己站立的位置还有很长一
