2、Yibintravelneeds.Bus摘要土地确权是指土地所有权、土地使用权和他项权利的确认、确定，简称确权。是依照法律、政策的规定确定某一范围内的土地（或称一宗地）的所有权、使用权的隶属关系和他项权利的内容。地理信息系统有时又称为“地学信息系统”。它是一种特定的十分重要的空间信息系统。它是在计算机硬、软件系统支持下，对整个或部分地球表层（包括大气层）空间中的有关地理分布数据进行采集、储存、管理、运算、分析、显示和描述的技术系统。当今GIS技术在农村集体土地确权工作中已经得到了广泛的应用，成为了当前土地管理的重要技术手段。农村土地确权调查工作，主要目的是获取土地的面积、位置、权属信
