1、摘要本工程为成都市某高校教学楼工程，采用钢筋混凝土框架结构，主体结构为五层，本地区的抗震设防烈度为7度，设计地震分组为第三组，拟建场地土的类型为中软场地土，建筑场地为II类建筑场地。主导风向：夏季东南风，冬季西北风。楼板和屋盖均采用的是现浇钢筋混凝土板。本次设计遵循“实用、安全、经济、美观”的设计原则。按照建筑设计的要求规范，考虑了影响设计的各个关键因素和结构与建筑的总体与细部的之间的联系。在确定框架布置之后，先进行了每一层层间荷载代表值的计算进行荷载统计，从而采用D值法求出水平荷载风荷载作用下的结构的内力（弯矩、剪力、轴力）。然后采用弯矩二次分配法计算竖向荷载（恒载及活荷载）作用下的结

2、构的内力。在进行内力组合后找出最不利的一组或几组内力组合进行截面验算和配筋。选取最保守的组合进行计算配筋然后绘制施工图。对楼板先进行了划格分板型进行配筋计算，本设计所采用是独立基础，需要对基础进行了面积受力、抗冲切和配筋计算还应注意是否有联合柱基。本结构在整个设计过程中，满足了相关的专业设计规范的要求，借鉴相关的资料和这方面最新的国家标准规范，对设计的每个环节都考虑了科学性和施工的可操作性。总而言之，适用、安全、经济、人性是本设计的准则和亮点。关键词：框架结构；荷载计算；内力计算；计算配筋AbstractThisprojectisateachingbuildingengineeringu
