5、PartiesB,C,D,E,F(hereinafterreferredtoas“beneficiary”)forPartyA.ThebeneficiarywhoactsasintermediaryagentbetweenBuyerandSellerisobligedtoaffirmandwarrantthatPartyAandSOMOsuccessfullysigningtheMainContract,andwiththeassistanceofthebeneficiary,SOMOfulfillsitsoblig
6、ationsundertheMainContract.ProductsprovidedbySOMOhavetobeincompliancewiththequalityspecifiedinAppendixIandatthesametimesuchProductspriceshallsatisfytheagreedoildiscountwithinthisAgreement.PartyAfortheaforementionedreasonswillpaycommissionstothebeneficiary.本佣金保护
7、协议（以下简称“协议”）是为A方与B,C,D,E,F各方（以下简称“受益方”）签订的。受益方作为买方和卖方的中间人有义务确认和保证A方与伊拉克SOMO公司签订原油买卖合同，且在受益方的协助下，SOMO公司履行了该原油买卖合同项下的全部义务，且SOMO公司供应的货物符合本协议附件一中约定的质量规格,并SOMO公司供应的货物价格同时满足本协议约定的折扣价格，A方为此愿意支付佣金给受益方。2.CommissionpaymentsshallbemadeintheUnitedStatesDollars(US$)bySWIFTw
