1、卫农机发[2011]号中卫市沙坡头区开展“创建平安农机，促进新农村建设”活动工作总结中卫市沙坡头区位于宁夏中西部，地域面积4633平方千米，下辖12个镇（乡），148个行政村，总人口35万人，辖12个镇乡，是水稻、小麦、玉米主产区，农业机械总动力达到41.6万千瓦，其中拖拉机和联合收割机的拥有量分别为5519台和286台，各类配套农具7168台；农机从业人员6656人。农业机械量大面广，安全生产任务繁重。一、创建情况2006年以来，我市沙坡头区按照农业部、国家安全生产监督管理总局《关于开展“创建平安农机，促进新农村建设”fertilitybetter.Si

7、udballscanbeunderthe11活动的通知》精神，结合本地实际，大力开展“平安农机”创建活动，取得了较好成效，促进了农机化事业又好又快发展。共创建“平安农机”示范乡（镇）10个，“平安农机”示范村64个，“平安农机”示范户536个。通过开展“平安农机”创建活动，我市沙坡头区逐步构建了农机安全生产的源头管理、执法监控、宣传教育“三大防线”，实现了农机安全生产的全程监督管理，使农机安全生产制度进一步健全，安全生产责任进一步明确，安全生产宣传进一步强化，农机牌证管理进一步规范，安全生产专项整治成效显著。创建区域的农机入户率、持证率达、检验率达90%以
