3、4.1无。N/A5.0SafetyPrecautions:5.1无。N/A6.0Definitions:6.1无。N/A7.0Instructions:7.1质量目标的制定:Establishmentofqualityobjectives7.1.1厂长在每年制定经营计划时,确定公司年度的质量目标。PlantManagerdefinesannualqualityobjectiveswhenheestablishesabusinessplaneveryyear.7.1.2各职能部门根据公司质量目标结合本部门实际情况制定部门年度质量目标,由管理者代表填入SOP

4、-0011-01QualityObjectivesSheet,报厂长批准。EachfunctionwillestablishdepartmentalqualityobjectivesintermsofCompanyqualityobjectivesandactualsituationofrespectivefunction,MRshallfillinSOP-0011-01QualityObjectivesSheettorequestPlantManager’sapproval.7.1.3制定的质量目标应具有可测量性,并能体现顾客的期望。Theestabl

6、的频率在月初统计上个阶段的质量目标完成情况,并将执行情况及时反馈给管理者代表。QA负责将所有目标完成情况登记在SOP-0011-02KeyPerformanceIndex。EachfunctionshouldcalculatetheachievedresultofqualityobjectivesoflastperiodandreporttoMRatthebeginningofeachmonth.QAisresponsibleforinputofallobjectivesresultsinSOP-0011-02KeyPerformanceIndex.7.
