2、te:August03,2015第1页共30页1.总则General1.1本技术规范书适用于PakistanSCIL35MWeCoal-FiredPowerPlantProject化学实验室仪器仪表设备，并对动力车间化学实验室仪器仪表设备的功能、结构、性能、安装和试验等方面提出了基本技术要求。ThistechnicalspecificationisapplicabletoPakistanSCIL35MWeCoal-FiredPowerPlantProjectchemicallabinstrument,andlaysbasicrequirementonthefunctio
3、n,structure,performance,installationandtestoftheequipmentinthepowerhouse.1.2本技术规范书提出的是最低限度的技术要求,并未对一切技术细节作出规定，也未充分引述有关标准和规范的条文，卖方保证提供符合本技术规范书和工业标准的化学仪器仪表的优质设备及其相应服务。凡本技术规范书未涉及到的而又确需要卖方提供的任何产品或系统，均属于卖方供货范围。Thetechnicalspecificationsisminimumtechnicalrequirementandnotmadeadetailregulation,
4、allthetechnicalrequirementsarenotstipulatedindetail,andnotfullyquotedrelativestandardandspecificationterms.Sellershallmakesureitselfprovidequalityproductionwhichmeetsthetechnicalspecificationsandindustrialstandardofchemicalinstrumentsandcorrespondingservices.Foranyproductionorsystemthatn
5、otinvolvedinthistechnicalspecificationbutitreallyrequiresforthissystem,allbelongtotheseller'sscopeofsupply.1.3本规范书所引用的标准若与供方所执行的标准发生矛盾时，按较严格的标准执行。Ifthestandardsofthistechnicalspecificationsrequirementconflictwiththatoftheseller,thestricteroneshallprevail.1.4如需方有除本规范书以外的其他要求，应以书面形式提出，经供需双
