1、澄海电网调度自动化系统设计中文摘要随着汕头市澄海区电网的不断发展和结构日益复杂，调度自动化已成为保证电网安全、优质、经济运行的重要手段，为了适应电力市场运转，确保澄海供电局电力调度满足本市的需要，进行电网调度自动化系统的规划设计。在调度中心（DC）安装调度主机及其相应设备，称为主站系统；在发电长、变电站装设远程终端RTU及其相应设备，构成子站系统。调度自动化的体系结构包括主站系统和子站系统。调度自动化系统的监控对象是整个澄海地区的电网结构，从而实现真正意义上的电网调度自动化。在调度自动化系统向实用化迈进的过程中，新生事物不断出现，EMS系统又成了人们议论的话题，如何看待和处理SCADA系统与

2、EMS系统之间的关系，成为人们关注的焦点。这不仅对原已通过实用化验收的调度自动化系统提出了一个挑战，同时对那些正在考虑建设调度自动化系统的单位提供了一个机遇，也就是说，他们可以充分考虑EMS系统对调度自动化系统及通道的要求，在系统规划、通道规划、功能配置上可以更全面，起点更高，从而少走弯路，加速发展。本规划设计方案全面分析了县级调度自动化系统在企业计算机管理网中的地位和作用，充分考虑了EMS系统等对调度自动化系统极其通道的要求和影响，系统规划设计在调度自动化系统功能一步到位的基础上，力求将整个电力企业的计算机都纳入整个企业网中，实现统一规划、分块工作、异地互联、整体管理，并为将来的应用扩展和
