1、基于组态软件的楼宇设备监控系统设计摘要组态软件是一种面向工业自动化的通用数据采集和监控软件，它是通过使用软件工具对计算机及软件的各种资源进行配置，达到让计算机或软件按照预先设置自动执行特定任务、满足用户要求的目的。监控组态软件是面向监控与数据采集的软件平台工具，具有丰富的设置项目，使用灵活方便，功能强大。随着计算机技术、信息技术和控制技术的高速发展和广泛应用，智能控制技术取得了巨大的进展，智能楼宇综合管理系统逐渐成为智能大厦的技术核心。它将建筑物内各弱电子系统集成在一个计算机网络平台上，从而实现子系统间信息、资源和任务共享。
2、智能楼宇综合管理系统是以实现各子系统间的信息资源的共享与管理、各子系统的互操作和快速响应与联动控制，以达到自动化监视与控制的目的。本文是基于组态王KingView6.53对小区住宅楼宇设备进行监控，重点研究了楼宇的通风空调系统，变配电系统，给排水系统，照明系统，电梯系统。充分利用组态王软件图像编辑功能，构造了各系统的监控画面，通过组态王的脚本程序开发各系统的图形化界面，实现对楼宇设备的监控，并以动画的方式显示楼宇设备的运行状况，且具有趋势曲线，数据报表画面等。达到对小区楼宇设备进行统一监控和管理的目的。关键词：组态软件；楼宇设
