1、HSESSSTANDARDSAttachment1HEALTH,SAFETY,ENVIRONMENT,SOCIALandSECURITYCONTRACTTERMSANDCONDITIONS.ARTICLE1–OGPSavingRules1.TheCOMPANYhasimplementedaseriesofmandatory“LifeSavingRules”aspartofitsintegratedHealth,SafetyEnvironment,SocialandSecurityManagementSystem(HSESS-MS).TheCONTRACTO
2、RshallensurethatCONTRACTORPERSONNELcomplywiththeOGPLifeSavingRulesonallCOMPANYfacilitiesandoperations,astheyareapplicabletotheSERVICES.Failuretocomplywillresultindisciplinaryaction,uptoandincludingremovalofnon-compliantpersonnelfromprojectorsite,andmayleadtodisqualificationfromfut
3、ureworkfortheCOMPANYanditsAFFILIATES,foremployeesofCONTRACTORorSUBCONTRACTORS.ARTICLE2–HSESSStandardsandrequirements1.InperformingtheWORKCONTRACTOR,shallatalltimesstrictlycomplywith,andshallensurethatallothermembersoftheCONTRACTORPERSONNEL,SUBCONTRACTORSandtheirpersonnelwillstrict
4、lycomplywithalllaws,regulationsandinstructionsinregardstoHealth,Safety,Environmental,SocialandSecurity(HSESS)protection.2.PriortothecommencementoftheWORK,COMPANYmaycarryoutapre-startupauditontheCONTRACT.InthiseventCONTRACTORshallnotcommenceWORKuntilithasreceivedastartworkinstructi
5、oninwritingfromCOMPANY.3.TheCONTRACTORshallhaveasystematicapproachtothemanagementofHSESSandmaintainaformalHSESSmanagementsystem(HSESS-MS)whichshall,asaminimum,requirethattheCONTRACTOR:·HasanHSESSPolicyandassociatedprograms,standardsandproceduresinplace.·Hasasystemstoidentityandman
6、agerisk,whichisperiodicalreviewedandreaddressforcurrentandnewWORK.·ManageitsactivitiesinalignmentwiththeCOMPANYHSESSPolicies.·TheCONTRACTORshallprovideaCONTRACTHSESSPlanwhichisspecifictotheWORK,demonstratingthehazardsandrisksinvolvedintheWORKandhaveimplementedthenecessarycontrolst
7、oeliminate,ormitigatetherisks.TheCONTRACTHSESSPLANshallalignwiththeCOMPANYidentifiedrisksandmitigations.·TheCONTRACTORshallensurethatallsubcontractorsarealignedwithHSESSandthatdocumentsbridgingofsuchiscompletedandsuppliedpriortomobilisation.·ComplywiththerelevantHSESSlegislationan
