1、齿叶白鹃梅叶子对小鼠糖耐量的影响以及降糖作用的研究王聪,刘玉强,才谦*(辽宁中医药大学,辽宁大连116600)摘要:目的:探讨齿叶白鹃梅叶子对正常和糖尿病小鼠糖耐量的影响以及对STZ诱导糖尿病小鼠的降糖作用。方法:采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(150mg/kg)诱导小鼠造成糖尿病模型,先观察齿叶白鹃梅叶子水提物和80%醇提物对正常和糖尿病小鼠糖耐量的改变;再观察齿叶白鹃梅叶子的水提取物和80%醇提物物以及阳性药盐酸二甲双胍(333mg/kg)对小鼠血糖值的影响。结果:糖耐量实验表明齿叶白鹃梅叶子水提物和80%醇提物能降低正常和糖尿病小
2、鼠餐后1h和2h血糖,并且齿叶白鹃梅水提物对糖尿病小鼠餐后2h血糖具有显著降低作用(P<0.05);降血糖药理实验表明齿叶白鹃梅叶子的水提物大剂量与醇提取物大剂量均能降低STZ致糖尿病小鼠的血糖,且齿叶白鹃梅叶子水提物大剂量组的降糖作用优于齿叶白鹃梅叶子醇提物大剂量组的降糖作用。结论:齿叶白鹃梅叶子能改善正常和链脲佐菌素糖尿病小鼠糖耐量,并具有一定的降糖作用。关键词:齿叶白鹃梅;糖尿病;血糖;链脲佐菌素;小鼠EffectsofleavesofExochordaserratifoliaS.Mooreontheglucosetole
