1、上汽通用五菱青岛整车产能扩建二期项目厂区站房及连廊工程上汽通用五菱青岛整车产能扩建二期项目车间连廊及厂区站房工程主体施工方案一、工程概况本工程为青岛整车产能扩建二期项目车间连廊及厂区站房工程。工程位于SGMW青岛分公司厂区中部。总建筑面积7943平方米，包含总装～涂装连廊、焊接～涂装连廊、制冷站、发电机房和污水处理站，结构形式：车间连廊均为轻钢结构，污水处理站为钢筋混凝土结构。其他附属工程具体参见施工图纸。建筑工程：连廊基础采用桩承台基础。墙体为复合彩色压型钢板墙，主屋面为热镀铝锌压型钢板屋面，局部

2、为钢筋砼平台；装饰工程：地面一般为环氧涂料地面，卫生间及其前室为防滑釉面砖地面，内墙面一般为混合砂浆内墙，外涂白色乳胶漆，外墙面一般为水泥砂浆外涂丙烯酸外墙涂料。安装工程：给水系统包括生产生活、消防用水管道，生产用水与生活用水管道合用。管材采用热镀锌钢管，管径DN≥80采用沟槽卡箍连接、DN≤80丝扣连接。排水系统包括雨水、污废水管道。雨水管道采用焊接钢管焊接；生产废水管道采用排水铸铁管，胶圈连接；生活污水管道采用UPVC管粘接。暖通系统包括采暖和通风管道。采暖管道采用焊接钢管，管径≤DN32的采用
