6、审美要求，并通过对空间的塑造、组织与完善所形成的人为物质环境。1.2建筑构成要素古罗马建筑师维特鲁威提出“实用、坚固、美观”的原则，随着建筑技术与艺术的发展，逐渐演变为现在的建筑功能、建筑技术、建筑艺术三要素。1.3建筑设计原则1.3.1建筑方针政策1953年“适用、经济，在可能条件下注意美观”；1986年《中国建筑技术政策》，“建筑业的主要任务是全面贯彻适用、安全、经济、美观的方针”。1.3.2基本原则1、坚持贯彻国家方针政策，遵守有关法律、规范、条例；2、结合地形与环境，满足城市规划要求；3、结合建筑功能，创造良好环境，满足使用要求；4、充分考虑防水、防震、防
