1、RH真空处理顶枪升降及旋转机构设计辽宁科技大学本科生毕业设计摘要RH真空处理是提高钢水质量的方法之一,它是由德国鲁尔钢公司与真空泵厂家赫拉乌斯公司共同设计的。顶枪机构是其中非常重要的一部分。通过顶枪除碳、除磷、脱氧、脱硫、去除夹杂物。可使钢水质量得到有效的提高。顶枪在工作中需要完成升降和旋转两个动作,升降运动的目的是使插入钢水中的枪体离开真空室,而旋转运动的目的是使枪体离开工作位,以便维修、检查炼钢设备。在本次设计中顶枪升降动作是通过齿轮蜗杆减速器减速加链传动机构实现的,旋转动作通过液压传动来实现。通过对该升降及旋转机构的设
