1、毕业设计（论文）题目高速电主轴的振动分析作者学院专业学号指导教师二〇一一年五月三十日摘要高速加工能显著地提高生产率、降低生产成本和提高产品加工质量，是制造业发展的重要趋势，也是一项非常有前景的先进制造技术。实现高速加工的首要条件是高质量的高速机床，而高速机床的核心部件是高速电主轴单元，它实现了机床的“零传动”，简化了结构，提高了机床的动态响应速度，是一种新型的机械结构形式，其性能好坏在很大程度上决定了整台机床的加工精度和生产效率。在主轴的动态参数中，振动是最重要的问题之一，包含了丰富的运行状态信息，是一个动态状态信息库

2、。因此对高速电主轴进行振动分析至关重要。本文主要介绍了高速电主轴的振动机理及相关的防治措施，提出了高速电主轴的检测方法，介绍了虚拟仪器Labview及其仿真过程。并通过仿真结果对不同因素的振动影响进行了直观描述，对前述的理论分析进行了验证。关键词高速电主轴，Labview仿真，振动分析，虚拟仪器测试ABSTRACTHighspeedmachining(HSM)hasbecomethemainstreamofmanufacturingfordrasticallyincreasingproductivity,reducin
