1、精品与精品弯边装置液压系统设计摘要弯边装置属于冲压机械设备，它采用液压传动，主要应用于对板型材料弯边，如冰箱的前门板等，此弯边装置的工作目的是将0.5mm厚的钢板弯成槽状，其工作过程如下：接料（由气缸完成）到模具上→开模→竖直弯边→水平弯边→水平弯边缸缩回→竖直弯边缸缩回→定位模合拢闭模，整个工作循环要求在20s之内完成。它的主要工作参数有：竖直弯边缸及水平弯边缸行程均为100mm；定位模缸的行程为80mm。此弯边机的主要组成部分主要有泵站、床身、立柱、竖直和水平弯边部件、竖直压紧部件及定位模部件等。泵站总共有10个油
