1、摘要连锁经营离不开配送,配送是实现连锁经营规模效益的关键因素。目前我国连锁超市的物流配送体系建设仍然处于初级阶段,现行的配送方式相对落后,这对我国连锁企业的发展造成了巨大障碍,严重制约了连锁经营规模效益的发挥,已成为连锁业发展的“瓶颈”。随着市场经济体制的建立,买方市场逐步形成,电子信息时代悄然降临,这些都要求传统流通产业尽快实现向现代流通产业的历史性跨越。在此背景下,中国超市零售销售网络迅速变化,渠道主体由百货商场、大市场、便利店演变为以超市连锁为主体向专业规模、专业综合、专业连锁发展,渠道辐射范围由单体城市走向区域,走向大型,造成超市零售销售终端渠道的急剧集中。由此带
