1、摘要换热器是将热流体的部分热量传递给冷流体的设备，又称热交换器。它广泛应用于化工、石油、动力和原子能等工业部门。固定管板式换热器是管壳式换热器的一种典型结构，是目前应用比较广泛的一种换热器。这种换热器具有结构简单、紧凑、能承受较高的压力。E0904冷凝器是固定管板式换热器，该设备选自辽阳石化20万吨/年乙二醇项目配套设备，属I类压力容器。设备技术参数：外形尺寸Ф2000×14×8497，材质Q345R,换热管Ф19×2，材质10#。通过E0904固定管板式冷凝器制造工艺设计,掌握设备制造工艺方法、国家行业制造标准。对E0904冷凝器制造工艺设计主要做了以下工作：E0904冷凝器的制造准备
