1、摘要聚磺钻井液是将聚合物钻井液和磺化钻井液结合在一起而形成的一类抗高温钻井液体系。聚磺钻井液既保留了聚合物钻井液的优点,又对其在高温高压下的泥饼质量和流变性进行了改进,从而有利于深井钻速的提高和井壁的稳定。聚磺饱和盐水钻井液是钻穿盐层、石膏层常用的一种钻井液体系,随着钻井深度的增加,钻遇深部盐层和石膏层的情况越来越多,对钻井液的抗高温能力要求越来越高,在现场实践中常出现因抗温能力不足,引起钻井液失水上升,高温稠化,流变性难以调控等问题,导致井下复杂事故的发生。因此,提高聚磺饱和盐水钻井液的抗高温能力和热稳定性是亟待解决的问题。本次设计选取现场常用两性离
