1、张育鹏安全预评价毕业设计改(1)·摘要本论文根据《煤矿安全评价导则》的有关要求，《中华人民共和国安全生产法》、《煤矿安全规程》等法律法规和有关制度，通过网上收集资料，对阜新市东方煤矿的危险、有害因素进行了识别和分析，对存在的主要危险有害因素进行了定性、定量评价，分析事故发生的原因以及过程，最后提出了合理、可行的对策措施。通过分析现有资料，分析了该矿各生产系统和辅助系统及其工艺、设施等是否满足标准的要求，安全管理模式是否适应安全生产要求，从而对整个系统进行全面分析。本论文是在对《阜新市东方煤矿扩建项目申请报告》（以下称可研报告）进行研究的基础上，通过收集资
2、料，分析和预测本工程建设过程中以及工程建成后的生产过程中固有和可能出现的危险、有害因素，采用预先危险性分析法、事故树、事件树、安全检查表法其进行定性、定量评价分析，以求明确危险、有害因素的种类及危害程度，进而从安全技术和管理等方面提出可行的安全对策措施，以实现工程项目的本质安全，同时也为项目单位今后安全管理的系统化、标准化和科学化提供依据。关键词：煤矿；安全预评价；危险、有害因素I·ABSTRACTThispaperaccordingtotherequirementsoftheguidelinesforthe《coalminesafetyevaluati
