1、基于单片机89C51的光电式测温器的研制孙建生(吉首大学物理科学与信息工程学院,湖南吉首416000)摘要本文设计一种由单片机AT89C51、双音频拨号译码电路、电力线载波收发电路、语音电路、光敏电阻等组成的测温报警系统。实验证明,该系统报警快速、准确。由于该系统电路简单,而且利用的是电力线传输信号,不需要线路投资,节省了报警系统的成本。本文对其硬件电路和软件流程做了较为详细的阐述。关键词:电阻式传感器;单片机;测温报警电路TheResearchontheResistanceFireDetectorsBasedon89C5
