2、日集团、雅高等，如何发展我国经济型酒店提升其市场竞争力，是关系到经济型酒店可持续发展的重要问题，酒店是一个服务行业，从客人的预定开始到入住登记直至最后退房结账，每一步都要保持至上的服务水准，错失一步，便会有可能使酒店的经营形象毁于一旦。想要经营一家成功的酒店就必须做到当客人入住酒店时有种宾至如归的错觉面对业界内的激烈竞争，各大酒店均在努力扩展其服务领域的广度及深度。为了更有效的的经营和管理，使用计算机，采用便捷快速的酒店信息管理系统，是改善该类酒店的服务水准的重要手段之一。目前本文从酒店信息管理方面入手，对此做出了探讨。关键词：经济型酒店；信息管理系统AbstractThedev
