3、nthroughlabor.Tenth,thefollowingseveralpeopleacceptreeducationthroughlabor;(a)minoroffences,criminalpunishmentisnotcounterrevolutionaries,antipartyandantisocialistelements;(two)gangmurder,robbery,rape,arsonandothercriminalgangs,criminalpunishmentisnotenough;(
4、three)crimessuchashooliganism,prostitution,theft,fraudandsoon.Incorrigible,enoughforcriminalpunishment;(four)affray,stiruptrouble,stiruptrouble,anddisturbpublicorder.Criminalprocedure;(five)havelongrefusedtowork,labor,destructionoflabordiscipline,andconstantl
5、yvexatious,disturbtheorderofproductionandotherwork,teachingandlivingorder,obstructing,stopandlisten(six)abettingotherstocommitcrimeswithoutcriminalsanction.Twelfththeneedforreeducationthroughlabor,thecontractormustascertainthefacts,Iaskfortheunitorneighborhoo
6、dorganizations,shallbeapprovedbythelabormanagementcommitteereview,makeadecisionofreeducationthroughlabor,tohimselfandhisfamilyannouncedthataccordingtoanddurationofreeducationthroughlabor.Peoplewhohavebeeneducatedthroughlaborsigntheirlettersofreeducationthroug
7、hlabor.Ifthepersonwhohasbeendecidedtobringupthereeducationthroughlaborisdissatisfiedwiththemainfacts,theexaminationandapprovalauthoritiesshallorganizethereview.Iftheconditionofreeducationthroughlabourisinsufficientafterreview,thereeducationthroughlaborshallbe
8、revoked;ifthefactsareconclusiveafterthereview,andifIamnotsatisfiedwithit,thereeducationthroughreeducationthroughlaborshallbemaintained.ThirteentharticleTheperiodofreeducationthroughlabors
