7、8附录F(提示的附录)全国各主要城市雷暴活动日数(期)···············································一28Qx3-2000前言雷电是一种剧烈的大气现象。雷电压可高达数百万伏特,瞬间电流可高达数百千安培。雷击的电效应、热效应和机械力常造成火灾、建筑物损坏和人身伤亡等灾害。雷击电磁脉冲常对信息系统造成干扰和破坏,对操作人员造成危害特别是近年来随着气象台站的现代化水平的显著提高,大量的自动化仪器、新一代天气雷达、气象卫星通信、卫星接收和传输系统以及大型计算机设备和网络的投人使用,这些信息系统的集成化程度与对雷击敏感度水平
