1、第33页考虑入界限制的双流机场晚高峰放行优化策略研究摘要随着民航业的飞速发展,在给我们生活带来便利的同时也出现了一些需要解决的问题。航班延误的问题,在世界范围内普遍存在,如何有效缓解机场交通拥堵,加速航班流动,减少航班延误已成为当今民航界的热点课题。本文针对成都双流国际机场在考虑入界限制的晚高峰放行进行优化研究,对加快放行速度,减少早高峰航班地面延误时间有实际意义。本文首先介绍了研究背景及意义,其次对双流机场以及其所在的成都终端管制中心进行了介绍,说明了机场跑道、滑行道布局结构,管制间隔,指出了造成航班延误的主要原因。论文针对双流机场流量分布、延误特征等统
