1、中文冷风机安装说明及注意事项一．注意事项1、燃烧器使用时尽量不要调至最大使用值，这样容易损坏燃烧器减少使用寿命。2、定期检查炉内耐火材料是否脱落（两月）如发现脱落应及时补上，防止烧穿炉胆。3、在使用热风炉时，若发现烘干机内部出现串烟，应及时停掉燃烧机，等到炉内温度降下，人可进入炉内检查是否出现炉胆开裂，若出现有裂纹应及时用电焊补上，然后附上耐火材料。4、开机前应先往鼓风机、引烟风机、加进机油，方可使用。5、放置炉体要求地面水平，不可出现斜度。6、在燃烧器使用时多参考燃烧器使用说明，防止违规操作。7、使
2、用热风炉时，应先调节好控制柜输出温度，再启动燃烧器，然后打开引烟风机，十分钟后启动鼓风机。二．安装说明1、先把(5)热风炉平放于地面，要求支脚与地面平行。2、由4-72-6C鼓风机连接冷风进口（1），再安装11KW四级电机，使用三相380V电源，要求电机转向与风机转向一致，再挂皮带。3、烟气出口(3)把Y5-47-4C引烟风机放于平地，由连接管从烟气出口(3)连接引烟风机，再安装二级四千瓦电机，使用三相380V电源，要求电机转向与风机一致，再挂皮带。4、热风出口（2）直接由连接管道连接烘干机热风进口。
