1、基于DB总承包模式的评标指标体系研究摘要DB（Design-Build）总承包模式作为一种先进的建筑承发包模式，从20世纪80年代开始，这种模式在美国、日本、新加坡等发达国家受到越来越多业主的青睐，并且得到了广泛的应用，说明DB模式在国际市场中具有旺盛的生命力。而且在应用上，DB模式的涉及范围不仅包括了私人投资的项目，而且也广泛应用于政府投资的基础公共设施项目。DB总承包作为一种相较于DBB（Design-Bid-Build）模式而言优势明显的模式，它在我国未来的建设市场上一定具有非常可观的市场份额。在目前我国的招标环境下业主
2、选择应用DB总承包模式，衡量DB总承包商的标准对业主来说就显得尤为重要,对DB总承包商而言，也有利于促使其改进技术，学习先进的项目管理方法。本论文所构建的评标指标体系是从DB模式是设计和施工相结合的这一特性出发，构建评价DB承包商的准则层、子准则层，并通过详细的指标因素筛选过程:即因素来源（148个因素）、因素剔除（62个因素）、因素归类（与商务、技术、管理各自相关）及因素整合（20个因素）得出与评价DB总承包商的指标因素层。对DB总承包建设项目进行科学合理的评标指标体系研究及指标权重的合理分配，在业主规定的范围内，使有实力的
