1、福建农林大学成教学院专科毕业论文从冰雪灾害谈高压输电线路的设计和维护摘要:高压输电线路的正常稳定运行有关国计民生,不容忽视。2008年冬季席卷中国南方各省市的严重冰雪灾害给国家和人民带来的重大的损失,也使高压线路的维护保养这个比较高技术含量的工程技术问题成为公众的关注焦点。为保证高压输电线路的安全可靠运行,应针对高压输电线路的特点,研究运行故障的防治技术及措施,结合现场实际需要,制订相应的技术规程和标准,研制适用于现场的检测和监测设备。实现线路的专业化、标准化管理。减少和防范线路运行故障,提高安
2、全运行水平。防范冰雪灾害对高压输电线路的影响,应准确把握输电线路所经地区的气象状况,在设计、施工和运行维护上采取针对措施,同时通过理论分析和试验研究,采取“避、抗、融、改、防”的方针,综合治理覆冰对输电线路的影响和危害。论文论文从高压输电线路的特点,重点对影响线路安全的主要因素尤其是冰雪灾害影响特点进行了分析,提出输电线路设计和日常维护措施,防患于未然,保证电力系统安全、经济运行。关键词:高压输电线路;冰雪;设计;维护福建农林大学成教学院专科毕业论文Fromthesnowdisasteronth
