1、南方文化产权交易所钱币邮票收藏品交易规则(暂行)第一章总则第一条为规范南方文化产权交易所（以下简称“本所”）钱币邮票收藏品（以下简称“藏品”）交易行为，维护交易秩序，保护会员合法权益，根据《中华人民共和国物权法》、《中华人民共和国电子签名法》、《中华人民共国合同法》等法律法规，制定本交易规则。第二条藏品交易遵循公开、公平、公正的原则。第三条藏品交易本着自愿、有偿、诚实信用的精神，遵守法律法规及本所的相关业务规则。第二章藏品目录管理第四条本所实行交易藏品目录管理制，公布可交易藏品目录及代码。进场交易的藏品须为本所公布的藏品交
