1、超高强微钢纤维增韧混凝土的制备及其力学性能研究王冲1,LizaO’Moore21:重庆大学材料科学与工程学院,重庆,4000452:DepartmentofCivilEngineering,theUniversityofQueensland,QLD4072,Australia摘要:高脆性是超高强混凝土难以被广泛应用的主要原因之一。为降低脆性,本研究利用长度为6mm与13mm的三种微钢纤维,制备了超高强微钢纤维混凝土,研究了不同纤维长径比及掺量条件下混凝土的力学性能指标,其中包括ASTMC-1018方法
2、测试超高强微纤维混凝土的抗弯韧性。试验结果显示:随纤维掺量的增加,超高强混凝土能量吸收能力增加明显;与不掺纤维时相比,1.0%体积掺量下三种纤维混凝土的初始裂缝强度、抗折强度和韧性指数均有显著提高,掺量2.0%时初始裂缝强度、抗折强度和韧性指数的增加受到影响;长度为6mm的纤维在2.0%掺量时抗压强度相对较大,而长度为13mm的两种纤维在掺量1.0%时抗压强度较高;掺入3种纤维的混凝土劈拉强度和弹性模量也由于纤维的掺入而有所增加。本论文结果表明,微钢纤维用于增韧超高强混凝土时,宜采用适宜掺量。关键词:
