1、MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃论文:钐掺杂的MAS系微晶玻璃的制备及性能研究【中文摘要】微晶玻璃作为新型结构和功能材料,以其优良的光、电、磁、化学等性能在国防尖端技术、机械制造、微电子技术等领域都得到了广泛的应用。本文阐述了MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃的制备方法及性能研究。采用熔融和退火技术合成出MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃,并掺杂稀土Sm3+离子。实验中以TiO2作为晶核剂,根据DSC结果制定出玻璃的晶化热处理制度。根据XRD曲线可知,随着热处理温度的升高,主晶相未发生变化,仍为Mg2Al4Si5O18。采用UV-Vis-NIR分光光度计测定钐掺
2、杂MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系玻璃及微晶玻璃的光透过率,随着晶化热处理温度的升高,光透过率逐渐降低。在可见光区域内光波段透过率为40%-81%。在近红外区域内光波段透过率为50%-83%。采用SEM观察微晶玻璃的形貌,利用比例尺估算出晶粒尺寸为10-20nm。测量了基质玻璃和微晶玻璃的荧光光谱,稀土离子在微晶玻璃中的发光性能强于基质玻璃。【英文摘要】Glass-ceramicsasanewstructuralandfunctionalmaterials,foritsexcellentoptical,electrical.magnetic,andchemicalpropert

5、ascalculatedbyXRDresults.Itwassimilartothelatticeparameterofthestandardsample.ThemeangainsizewascalculatedbyXRDresults,anditwasabout10nm-20nm.Theopticaltransmittancesoftheglassandglass-ceramicsweremeasuredbyUV-Vis-NIRspectrophotometer.Withtheincreaseofcrystallizationheat-treatedtemperature,
