1、包头科信物业服务有限公司--滨河大厦改造工程施工组织设计滨河新区滨河大厦室内改造工程施工组织设计第一部分施工方案一、工程概况本工程为滨河大厦室内改造工程，工程地点位于包头市滨河新区滨河大厦既有建筑内。委托单位为包头市滨河新区开发建设有限责任公司，受托施工方为包头科信物业服务有限公司。根据高新区管委会的要求及相关会议决定，委托方全权委托受托方就滨河大厦室内房间布局进行重新分隔改造项目进行建设，委托单位技术人员现场对工程质量进行监督。工程造价约为200万元，施工工期为115天（2014年7月20日至2014年11月15日）。二、装修改造工程内容：序号改造内容1主楼将26间大办公室增加隔墙及门改造
