1、1综合说明浙江大金庄矿业有限公司遂昌县横坑坪萤石矿采选项目地处遂昌县柘岱口乡，矿区范围4.95km2，此次探矿权设计范围0.86km2。开采对象为+118m标高以上的石英矿脉，对于矿体来说，主要开采Ⅰ#、Ⅱ#、Ⅲ#矿体。设计开采范围内C+D矿石量169.5×104t，矿产量W0322821t(平均品位1.346％)、Sn8158t(平均品位0.481％)、MO1746。设计采、选矿石规模为1000t/d，采矿方法为浅孔留矿法，矿山可服务22年。工程总投资***万元。2005年8月，遂昌县人民政府审批同意了“浙江大金庄矿业有限公司日采选1000吨萤石矿
2、石建设生产项目”，且列为遂昌县的重点招商引资项目；2006年2月，遂昌县人民政府办公厅进一步签发文件（遂昌县府办发【2006】8号）《关于2006年实施工业主导产业重点项目的意见》，以加快重点项目的顺利实施。该矿区项目的可行性研究和初步设计已由浙江省工业设计研究院完成。萤石是稀缺矿产，在世界各国分布极不平衡，中国是少数几个产萤石的大国之一。萤石在地壳中含量极为稀少，且集中分布在世界上少数几个国家，如中国、缅甸、美国、玻利维亚等，其他国家萤石砂蕴藏量有限，不少国家完全不出产。在产萤石各国中，中国又是占有份额最多的国家。萤石是工业生产的重要原材料，是制炼
3、优质钢的必需品，除了广泛用于冶金、机电等民用领域外，萤石是还直接用于制造军火的原料，用于制造枪炮、炮弹、火药及军舰甲板等军用品。由于萤石在军事上有特殊的价值，国外需要也最殷切，在国际市场上供不应求，市价长期居高不下。业内人士一致认为，随着中国经济的长期高速增长及国外战略储备的需要，萤石矿种的消费量将不断增加。ConferenceisbyCouncilpartyresearchdecidedheldofonceimportantConference,maintaskisin-depthlearningimplementXIGeneralSecretar
