1、摘要本设计为新久煤矿二井0.9Mt/a通风设计,共有可采煤层2层,分别为6、10煤层,煤层厚度均为2.65m。设计井田的可采储量64.54Mt,设计服务年限为52a,煤层平均倾角为5°,采用的采煤方法为倾斜长壁采煤法,采煤工艺为综合机械化采煤工艺,掘进工作面采用压入式通风,选用FBD-NO.6.0/37局部通风机和直径1000mm的帆布风筒,顶板处理方法为全部跨落法。矿井通风方式为中央并列式,通风方法采用抽出式,带区通风设计中,回采工作面通风方式为U型。本设计还对矿井通风阻力容易时期和困难时期的需风量进行了计算与分配。经计算:矿井容易时期为东一带区投产,总需风量为97.96m/s,
2、矿井通风总阻力为555.181Pa,矿井等积孔为4.95m2;矿井困难时期为西二带区投产,总需风量为102.05m/s,矿井通风总阻力为1837.429Pa,矿井等积孔为2.83m2。同时设置通风设施,并制定灾害防治措施。最后选择主要通风机,型号为轴流式FBCDZ-8-No28A;电动机型号为YBFe355M2-8。关键词:通风方式;通风系统;风量分配;灾害防治ABSTRACTThisdesignforthexinjiucoalminetwowell0.9Mt/anewminedesign,withatotalofminableseamlayer2,6and10coalseam,t
