3、究的方法，对比了新会计准则在资产减值方面的规定与国际会计准则，然后通过实证方法和案例分析研究了新会计准则的应用情况，主要结论是新会计准则下的资产减值会计参照IAS36和SFAS144进行了改进，提高了计量的科学性，一定程度上遏制了盈余管理；新会计准则在减值的确认、计量以及披露等方面仍然存在着许多困难和问题；在新会计准则下，上市公司仍然具备利用资产减值会计政策进行盈余管理的空间。最后，论文针对上述情况和问题，提出了细化资产组的划分标准、建立和培育各类市场、优化资产减值计量、完善资产转回的相关规定、强化企业内部控制、增强信息披露的透明度和提高
