1、Southwestuniversityofscienceandtechnology本科毕业设计(论文)P波段低噪声放大器的性能优化设计及版图实现学院名称信息工程学院专业名称电子信息工程学生姓名何雨轩学号20115339指导教师王军教授二〇一五年六月P波段低噪声放大器的性能优化设计及版图实现摘要:随着社会的发展,无线通信已经深入到人们生活的各个方面。低噪声放大器作为无线通信系统前端的重要部件之一,近年来逐渐成为射频研究的热点。本文首先介绍了低噪声放大器设计的理论基础,并给出了几种用于低噪声放大器设计的电路形式,对比它们的优
2、缺点之后,选择使用负反馈网络的电路形式来完成本次设计。在此基础上,设计出了一个工作频率在P波段低噪声放大器的设计。首先,采用负反馈技术并运用软件ADS(AdvancedDesignedSystem)设计出一个单级的P波段低噪声放大器,优化修改放大电路后,仿真结果并没有达到期望的指标要求。随后修改设计方案,在单级低噪声放大器的基础上再级联一个稳定的低噪声放大器,构成两级低噪声负反馈放器,并在输出端口加入衰减网络,以降低级联产生的高增益。最终实现在工作频段0.23~1GHz内,增益为20dB,驻波比小于1.6,噪声系数小于4

5、edbacknetworkcircuitformtocompletethedesign.Onthisbasis,theoperatingfrequencyinP-bandlownoiseamplifierhasbeendesigned.Firstofall,weusesoftwareADS( AdvancedDesignSystem)todesignasinglestageamplifierwiththenegativefeedbacktechnology,thenmeasureanddebugittogetthemea
6、sureddata,butwefoundthesinglestagelow-noiseamplifierwithnegativefeedbackcan’tachievethedesiredrequirements.Afterwardswemodifythedesign,bycascadingthestablesingle-stagelownoiseamplifierbasedonanegativefeedbacknetworktoconstitutethetwostagelow-noisenegativefeedback
7、amplifier,andaddanattenuationnetworkattheoutput.Eventually,inthe0.23GHzto1GHzoperatingfrequency,thelownoiseamplifierapproachesthedesigningindicatorwithagainof20dB,andtheVSWR(VoltageStandingWaveRatio)islessthan1.6,andthenoisefigureislessthan4dB.Theperformanceofsim
