7、了对筏板基础质量的预控能力,落实施工方法的指导文书。(3)、编制说明:根据“香溪名苑”施工的实际情况及施工现场的要求,结合筏板基础设计图,本施工方案把筏板基础的施工部署、施工准备、施工进度计划、主要施工方案、质量安全生产保证措施、文明施工保证措施、一体化管理在本施工方案中作为重点阐述。第二章工程概况本工程为香溪名苑项目,位于保定市新市区和富江路交叉口,保定市天业房地产开发有限公司开发,项目建筑面积15万平米,由4栋板式34层高层、3栋11层小高、1栋18层高层组成。该项目建筑结构类别为三类,建筑主体结构耐久年限为50年,抗震设防烈度为6度
8、,建筑耐火等级为二级。基础形式为筏板基础施工形式。结构概况:1、基础型式:3#楼为筏板基础,基础持力层为粘土质卵石层3层,地基承载力标准值fka=300kPa(稍密)。筏板厚度1.5m,核心筒
