2、onsumptionmanagement,exploresasourcetopreventandcurbthepostconsumptioncorruptionway,iscurrentlyamajorissuefacedbyhonestwork. Recently,Iconductedresearchonthisissue,thisproblemonsomehumbleopinions.First,theexistingpublicservants'dutyconsumptionthemainproblemsseenfromtheinvestigat
3、ionandreasons,inrecentyears,publicservants'dutyconsumptioncausedbytheabusesandnotapersonofintegrity,isoneofthemajorproblemsinthepartyinGovernment,itsoperationorderhaveanegativeeffectonthepartyandGovernmentorgans,seriouslydamagingtheimageofthepartyandtheGovernment,underminingthere
4、lationshipbetweenpartyandthemasses,effect,openingupandeconomicconstruction.FromICountyinrecentyearsofgovernancesituationsee,positionsconsumptionintheproducedof"twonot"phenomenonrenderingfourafeatures:aispositionsconsumptionsystemlosthasdueofbinding,rightisgreaterthanrules,andrigh
5、tisgreaterthanmethodofphenomenonmorehighlight;IIisinpositionsconsumptionintheCameraObscuraoperation,usingterms,willpositionsconsumptionintohaspersonalconsumption,willcorporatepointstointopersonalpointsto,makespositionsconsumptioninsomeaspectshasintopositionsenjoyandself-dealingof
6、means;threeistopositionsconsumptionforname,fraud,falseimpersonator,Trendofnegativecorruptionphenomenasuchascorruptionandmisappropriation;fourpalaces,followthefashion,rivalries,wasteful,andpostconsumptionbecameasymbolofshowingofftheirindividualcapacities.Causedbypublicservants'dut
7、yconsumptionofmany"two"phenomenoninwhichpeoplereflectthebiggestproblemsare:(a)theofficialcarproblems.Mainlyinthreeaspects:oneisthelargerbusescostexpenditure.Accordingtostatistics,untilNovember2003,XXCountytownshipDepartmentbus159cars,whichdepartmentownsthebus145vehicles,andshowed
