4、tionmechanismandformationprocess.Theelectronprobemicroanalyzerisemployedtoanalyzethemineralelementarydistributionalongthicknessdirectioninashdeposits,sampledfromfivevariouslocationsinsidethetestfurnace.TheresultsshowSiandAlhavethealmostsamedistributionpattern,whichindicatesessentialmi
5、neralmatterinashdepositsisaluminosilicate,suchasnepheline,accordingtoXRDanalysis.InfoulingdepositsNaandSdistributiontrendsarethesame,whichexistsinformofthenarditemainly.ThedistributionofNaandFearesimilarinsomesamplesofslaggingdeposits.Attheinitiallayer,theprincipalmineralelementarydis
6、tributionsaresimilaramongfourslaggingdeposits,whichiscontrarywiththatoffoulingdeposit.Itindicatesthattheformationmechanismsoffoulingisdifferentfromslagging,controlledbylocalaerodynamicfields,atmosphereandtemperaturelevelinsidefurnace.Theresultscanprovideimportantreferencesandinstructi
