1、政策法规●外贸一、对外贸易方面的法规政策贸易主管部门 巴基斯坦贸易主管部门是巴基斯坦商务部，其主要职责包括：国内外贸易管理和政策制定、出口促进、公平贸易（反倾销等）、多双边贸易协议谈判、保险行业监管等。 贸易法规体系 巴基斯坦与贸易相关的主要法律法规有《公司法》、《贸易组织法》、《贸易垄断与限制法》、《海关法》、《反倾销法》、《反囤积法》等。 贸易管理的相关规定 在巴基斯坦从事贸易除应遵守有关现行法律外，政府每年公布新财政年度贸易政策，会对部分进出口商品税率进行调整，应随时关注。 进出口商品检验检疫 动植物进出口检疫由巴基斯坦粮农畜牧部负责，主要法律有《巴基斯坦动物（进出口
