1、城市轨道交通运营安全管理模式研究北京交通大学硕士学位论文城市轨道交通运营安全管理模式研究姓名：崔立秋申请学位级别：硕士专业：城市轨道工程指导教师：梁青槐20090601中文摘要摘要：城市轨道交通运营专业性强、技术设备复杂、客流量大，造成城市轨道交通安全运营管理的难度较大。因而建立城市轨道交通运营安全管理模式，预防事故发生，提高事故应急处理能力，降低运营中安全事故的社会危害性，已成为当前城市轨道交通运营管理的重中之重。本文从安全管理模式发展研究入手，分析了安全管理模式的发展趋势，探讨了四种安全管理模式的风险控制水平。并对城市轨

2、道交通运营事故及原因进行了统计分析，研究了城市轨道交通运营安全的影响因素。在此基础上，提出了城市轨道交通运营安全管理模式。本文将安全系统理论、安全风险学、持续改进以及安全行为科学等现代管理理论融入到城市轨道交通运营安全管理中，根据安全管理模式设计理论，从安全管理的宏观指导、结构分析、操作方式三个层面出发，提出了城市轨道交通运营安全管理模式。该模式将运营安全管理分解为计划、实施、校验、评审四个单元，并依据理论维、目标维、控制维的不同需求提出上述四个单元的基本管理要素。各要素在模式总体方针的指导下，以PDCA的运行模式，相互关联
