1、河南科技大学毕业设计(论文)野生荠菜发芽期耐盐性鉴定姓名桑新新院(系)林学院专业园艺指导教师蒋燕2013年5月25野生荠菜发芽期耐盐性鉴定摘要野生荠菜为十字花科荠菜属一、二年生草本植物,以嫩茎叶供食。土壤盐渍化的威胁是一个全球性的问题,而钠盐是造成盐分过高的主要盐类,而且植物种子耐盐性是植物耐盐性早期鉴定和耐盐个体与品种早期选择的基础。本试验以野生荠菜为材料,用NaCl不同浓度0mg/L、70mg/L、140mg/L、210mg/L、280mg/L、350mg/L处理荠菜种子,测定了盐胁迫条件下,荠菜发芽期的生长指标和生理指标,结果表明:NaCl浓
2、度在0-280mg/L之间对野生荠菜的生长抑制不明显,随着NaCl的浓度的逐渐上升,达350mg/L时,野生荠菜的根长、发芽率、地上部分鲜重受抑制作用逐渐明显。叶绿素含量逐渐降低,MDA含量和可溶性糖逐渐上升。表明野生荠菜的耐盐性较强,可忍耐280mg/L以下的盐分胁迫。关键词:荠菜;NaCl;发芽期;生理指标;耐盐性IDENTIFICATIONOFSALTTOLERANCEINTHEGERMINATIONPERIODOFCAPSELLABURSA-PASTORISABSTRACTWildshepherd'spurseforthecrucifero
