5、luencedbytheinternationaltrend.ButintheUnitedStates,Japan,Germany,thischangeiswithintheframeworkoftheoriginalcorporategovernancesystem,sotherearestilldifferencesbetweencountries.Ifthedifferencebetweencountriesinthegovernancesystemisduetothepathdependence,sothisdivers
6、ityordifferencesnomeaningandgreatvalueorientation;ifthereareotherspecialreasons,suchdifferencesmayhaveacertainsignificanceandvalueorientation.Therearethreekindsofrepresentativecorporategovernancemodesinmanykindsofcorporategovernancemodes,namely,American,GermanandJapa
7、nesecorporategovernancemodels.Generallyspeaking,thecorporategovernancemodelsofthesethreecountriescanbesummarizedastwotypes,oneisexternalsupervisionmode(outsidesystem),andtheotherisinternalsupervisionmode(insidesystem).Theformerreferstothemarket,administrative,judicia
