1、建设工程工程量清单计价规范下工程价款结算问题研究摘要尽管至今为止中华人民共和国国家标准《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》已经实行五年了，但对于建设工程的主要两方——发包人与承包人，双方的价款结算争端问题依然严重。工程结算问题的减少有利于促使工程的顺利进行。但在现有的建设工程工程量清单计价规范下，承包方与业主方在工程量清单结算问题上存在着很大的争议。双方对于价款结算的纠纷很多。为了尽量避免不必要的争端，促使工程价款结算的有序化，并顺利地进行，针对工程价款结算问题的研究势在必行。本文以建设工程工程量清单计价规范为依据，把建设工程的分部分项工程量清单计价表、
